The Dynamic Design Laboratory, directed by Professor Chris Gerdes, examines integrated design and control of mechanical systems, and the application of advanced analysis and control techniques to ground vehicle design. Areas of specific interest include advanced driver asistance systems, vehicle diagnostics and control using GPS, and integrated design and control of combustion systems.
