Before the PM can perform any scheduling activity, it must have certain informations about the tasks it should schedule. Required are at least their input-output-relationships and their expected durations. The dialog shown in figure 6 allows the user to edit these informations. Note that all these informations can be changed at any time during the project, resulting in a rescheduling by the PM.
