- Subscriptions are not the only
business models. Some coffee shops and
churces offer free access.
There are many other possibilities.
Yes, multiple logins for public
access is a real pain. It is important
to note that people (business travelers)
are paying nevertheless.
There's a great opportunity to become the
next AOL/Visa for the business that aggregates
access/payment for all of the 802.11 providers.
In the US, it is not the telecom
operator. And the charges are more like those
for Visa than those for telephone calls.
It's a race: Who will be the access/payment
aggregator for hot zones?
