These images look really dark on my 8-bit Sun (so dark they are worthless), but they are fine on my 24-bit PC, SGI, and Mac. I understand that it has to do with desktop palette optimization, since these images use a lot of color. If you find them too dark, please try another machine.
I also have a 140 frame fly-through of the exhibit in Autodesk's .FLI format (320x200x8bit) and looks stunning. If you can handle this format, send me mail and I will put it on the server for FTP download.
