Lockheed has created a format for expressing the details of cable harness
geometry. A description of this format can be found in the following
documents:
The generation of a final quote requires that your cable harness design
be translated into the Lockheed format, and the
resulting harness description must be accessible via anonymous FTP.
This listing must specify all components present in your harness design,
including: connectors, connection types, wire, insulation, shielding, etc.
If a specific part number and vendor is desired for a component that should
also be listed. This
listing may be sent by mail, fax or anonymous FTP.
