The Challenge of Open Semantic Services

Overcoming the OSS Challenges may not be feasible because it requires too much agreement on too many difficult issues.

WSDL is not optimal but it's not the problem.

SAWSDL and SA-REST will have the same issues.

That doesn't mean we don't need a new technology

A simpler middleware solution with good descriptions might accelerate agreement.

The Challenge to you: prove me wrong about today's services
or show us all a better way to do services.

Meanwhile, there are some other things you/we can do.
