Could Services with Semantics
Radically Improve Software Engineering?

Hypotheses:

1) There could be a set of open services that could be reused for different applications
2) A "best" semantics representation makes

discovery

and

adapting

services easier than writing new code.

No service change

State the goal and conditions.

Mabye just move some icons around on a GUI

Maybe just ask a Wizard or use a Service Agent

All arguments for semantics boil down to Software Engineering.
