Mankind has built an Awesome Interoperable Network

But we don't know yet how to fully use the Internet. The phone apps framework idea is just the beginning.

We need a Common Coordination Framework so we can:
  • Remove the 200 Post-its® from the bulletin board
of the General Contractor on the skyscraper project.
  • Tell the thermal engineer on the next space station when
a revision to the docking bay impacts her control design.
  • Cancel the meeting on how to do the audit because
that task has just been outsourced.
  • Tell a friend that a ride is no longer necessary because
the garage just reported repairs are completed sooner than expected.
  • Tell Boeing the wing fastener will be late because of changes three suppliers down the chain and find a solution.
Such generic functionality has been achieved in Concurrent Engineering. At least in theory.
