Service Descriptions and Fields are Not Linked

Allowable Fields can change in three places

The real bad news is that developers have to keep downloading and reading the PDF instead of letting their programs read the WSDL.

There is no use of service descriptions, so even though WSDL and SOAP are used, this is not really a use of web services.
 This is is impractical.
Notice that Google just moved to Ajax because, really, web services are not necessary if one programs the old way.
