Conjunctive Goals are Problematic

A Famous Example: The Sussmann Anomaly from the 70's

The two goals of (On B C) and (On A B) cannot be pursued independently with the simplest plans.
If there is even one web service composition problem that requires full planning, such simple regression algorithms are not sufficient.
The Supply Chain Problem may be the first example of a web service composition problem with conjunctive goals published in the literature.
