They just want an answer to one question.

"How can I ship my 5kg package from Karlsruhe, Germany
Any re-usable process is a guide for producing the single answer.
End users want an answer: a sequence of web pages that produces a booking
their
flight or shipping a package.
They do not want a re-usable workflow as an end result.
