Conclusions (almost)
Intelligence and Information are linked.
Intelligence is not "stand-alone".
At least two "agents" are involved.
Request/Reply formalisms alone cannot reflect intelligence.
At least one agent has a formal
goal specification.
Another agent is intelligent to the degree that it volunteers information: data useful for goal satisfaction.
We hope the introduction of
goal
is good philosphy, connecting questions and replies without requring further complexity.
Real formalization is left as an exercise for the student.
