Inexact Replies?

Let's ask some questions and imagine answers.

• If you talk to someone and they do not respond at all, they are definitely dumb.
• Also if you can predict all of their replies.
  What if the answer was "The time is noon", always?
• "Do you know what time it is?"
  "Yes" says the literal but dumb computer scientist.
• "Do you know the conversion from Euros into Deutsche Marks?"
  "Yes, it is 2.1, but you should know there will be no more DM after next January" offers the helpful clerk.
• "Can you please provide me with a travel package to Croatia?"
  "Here is everything you need based on your personal preferences" says the very clever travel agency.
  "You might want to go to Greece" says an even more clever travel agency, based upon current war conditions.
  "You might consider Crete this year" says the really smart travel agency in an unsolicited email 9 months after the Greek trip,
  anticipating a new trip and having feedback from the Greek trip.
