On Wax Base (blue), mill pockets and fill with Solder Mask
(orange).
Wait for Solder Mask to cure.

Plane off Solder Mask
Mill channels (white) and pocket for Pin Joint

Step 3
Embed SMA Wires (red) with Crimp Anchors (brown) and Pin
Joint (yellow)
Step 4
Embed Crimp anchors with Solder Mask (orange).
Fill channels with Wax (blue)
Fill Pin Joint pocket with Wax (blue)

Step 5
Pour Wax (blue), wait for it to harden
Mill out pockets for top-part of links
Fill with Solder Mask (orange) and wait for it to cure
Step 6
Plane off Solder Mask
Pour Wax (blue), wait for it to harden
Plane off wax and add channels for pouring urethane
Step 7 (not shown)
Wash away Solder Mask
Pour in Polyurethane
Melt away Wax
