Given the clearly defined user needs and problem statement, we developed a phrase that encompassed what our design should accomplish. The vision statement we chose was:

Look Anywhere - Any time - Any weather

(for under $300)

This phase would help to shape our design parameters and illustrate what a successful design option would have to entail.
