The Mechanical Engineering Research Laboratories (MERL) building is located at 418 Panama Mall. MERL has entrances on both the Santa Teresa side and the Panama Mall side. The Biomimetics and Dextrous Manipulation Labs are both located on the first floor, in room 132.
