AXAREL 4100 Precision Cleaner

A blend of highly-refined aliphatic hydrocarbons and non-linear alcohols. AXAREL 4100 contains less non-linear alcohol than AXAREL 2200 and
evaporates slightly slower. It is especially effective for removing oils, greases, and other common metal-working soils, and is an alternative for commodity solvents including 1,1,1-trichloroethane, acetone, CFC-113, d-limonene, HCFC 141b, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), lacquer thinner, methylene chloride methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl propyl ketone (MPK), mineral spirits, naptha solvents, stoddard solvents, toluene, and xylene.

BIOACT 105 Precision Cleaner

A blend of highly refined citrus terpenes, non-linear alcohol and aliphatic hydrocarbons. It is an excellent cleaner for a broad range of soils including oils, greases, adhesives, mold release, fingerprints, silicone, tar and others. BIOACT 105 evaporates quickly and has very low odor. It can replace virtually all commonly used solvent in hand wipe cleaning processes including 1,1,1-trichloroethane, acetone, CFC-113,  d-limonene, HCFC 141b, isopropyl alcohol (IPA), lacquer thinner, methylene chloride, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), methyl propyl ketone (MPK), mineral spirits, naptha solvents, stoddard solvents, toluene and xylene. BIOACT 105 Precision Cleaner MSDS,  TDS is also available in convenient BIOACT 105 Pre-Saturated Wipes.

BIOACT 121 Precision Cleaner

A food grade, citrus terpene-based product that is especially effective against heavy oils and greases, adhesives, asphalt, tar, waxes and pitches.
BIOACT 121 is used in hand wipe cleaning processes as an alternative to the chemicals listed in the BIOACT 105 section above. Because it is more highly refined, BIOACT 121 is an excellent alternative to technical grade d-limonene, offering lower odor and non-volatile residue.

BIOACT 280 Precision Cleaner

A  non-hazardous, biodegradable blend of aliphatic esters and surface active agents designed especially for removing high melting point soils such as waxes, pitches, and fixturing compounds. Its high flash point (285ºF, 141ºC) and extremely low vapor pressure (.001 mm Hg) allow it to be sed safely and with low environmental impact in applications where elevated bath temperatures are needed. BIOACT 280 is approved and used by leading jet engine manufacturers and commercial airlines for removing masking wax during the manufacture and/or refurbishment of engine components. It is in widespread use for removing thermoplastic fixturing compounds such as the Rigidax™ brand. BIOACT 280 is also used to remove fixturing wax in optics and wafer industries.
