MACHINABLE WAX is ideal for: Proofing NC/CNC Machining Programs, Producing Accurate Molds and Prototypes, Use As A Training Aid Material, NC/CNC Systems Set-up and Demo, Material.

Machinable Wax is available in blocks and cylinders. Standard size blocks range in size from 1-1/2" to 8" thick, 3" to 24" wide and 6" to 48" in length. Cylinder sizes range from 1-1/2 to 9" dia. and 12" to 18" in length. Larger non-standard block and cylinder sizes as well as bulk, by the pound are available on request.

• Flash Point: 575°F.
• Softening Point: 226°F.
• Volumetric Shrinkage @ room temp: 7%
• Coefficient of Thermal Expansion (in./in./ °F) 9.5 x 10-6
• Coloring permanent, oil base, blue dye
