A general update.

Larry said he would start testing out rate-sensors today. Should have some idea of their performance soon.
Joe to work on making circuit boards. He is working on them.
Larry is also working on getting proper filters for the PSD (a pass only laser) and for the beacon (a pass only shorter wavelengths than the laser) to point back at the laser dot.
Questions about meeting the Aug 25th deadline were raised. It is possible that we may not have a working system by that day. In that case, what shall we do?
There were some very detailed discussions about the circuitry (which I didn't understand!).
