The OT-100 Wide Dynamic Range Amplifier is a general purpose. high performance current amplifier optimized for silicon photodiodes. This transimpedance amplifier is designed for extremely low light level and low noise applications. Input current ranges, from O.1 pA to 2mA. make it an extremely versatile instrument. The amplified signal is displayed on the 31/2 digit LCD backlit display and is available at the output BNC with + 2V low noise analog signal. The OT-100 is battery operated and comes with rechargeable NICad bat- teries and AC wall charger. The LCD backlight can be turned off to allow up to 10 hours of battery operation. A low battery indicator is a standard feature.
The OT-100 Wide Dynamic Range Amplifier allows you to null out ambient room light with our zero adjust feature. The calibration adjust feature turns your wide range amplifier into an optical power meter. This mode of operation allows you to set the OT-100 to a known optical power level and turn it into a simple inexpensive and accurate power meter.

The OT-200 Wide Bandwidth Amplifier is a general purpose transimpedance amplifier optimized for silicon photodetectors used in the photoconductive reverse bias mode. The OT-200 provides a variable + 15 volt bias to the photodiode which reduces the junction capacitance and optimizes bandwidth. Five range selections provide sensitivity down to 100 picoamps (10 e-7 range) or a maximum frequency response to 5 MHz (10 e+3 range). A 3 1/2 digit backlit LCD display and +/- 2V analog output are standard features.

The OT-400 Ultra High Frequency Amplifier is a high speed AC coupled current/voltage amplifier optimized for use with high speed photodiodes. The OT-400 amplifies signals up to 600 MHz with a transimpedance gain of 10,000 V/A or 46 dB (200V/V). The amplifier has 50 ohms input/output impedance. Reverse bias ( +/- 24V) is applied to the photodiode to reduce capacitance and increase speed.
