Research: Barbara studies and teaches how the power of stories and validated story tools facilitates real progress across the stages of project development. She is codifying story themes and images to define how entrepreneuring leaders create a culture of innovation. Teaching: ME 378 Tell/Make/Engage: Action Stories for Entrepreneuring--a graduate engineering design methods class that accesses story as a methodology and explorative form; and part of the teaching/coaching team for Product Design thesis and Master's projects.
